Matthew Chubet SOC
Please be advised - A small number of internet search results sometimes linked to my name, or discarded copyright, were created by an internet stalker. Two of the sites are www.si*******g.com and www.st*******p.com. Don't have an internet stalker? Count yourself lucky. I've retained a prominent legal firm to crush this weirdness like a bug. My goal is to petition a court to compel this stalker to get the psychological and medical testing they desperately need. Any strange web sites with false domain contact data (whois search results) should be reported to the following e-mail - along with any forum members who have, in the past, shown a pathological interest to the details of this crime. legal.department@matthewchubet.com Matthew Chubet, SOC is a screenwriter & steadicam operator living in Los Angeles. Matthew Chubet SOC
No response needed if you got something stupid to say. That was like watching four midgets tumble out of a clown car. I'm guessing balloon scuptures and slapstick will follow. Do they make a troll sized vests for these guys? Matthew Chubet SOC
That's it. But the main purpose is simply to file record of a public notice at this time, and post it in a spot where many of the steadicam community are regularly found. Thanks - Matthew Chubet SOC www.matthewchubet.com
Premium Members DavidWest Posted October 17, 2006 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 17, 2006 you might want to try this.... it would help you find ALL the sites that this person has used your name to register with.... (if that is what you are saying is wrong) Whois Source (http://www.whois.sc) offers a reverse IP tool (for paid members) that can be used to locate multiple domain names registered by the same registrant. http://www.name.com/brand/reverse-whois.html Reverse Whois allows users to perform advanced searches in Name.com Whois catalogue. With this tool, users may search for domain names by any relevant variable-registrant name, phone number, etc. Results are then returned in a professional report that includes full Whois data for each flagged domain name. Your original post was vaque and confusing. A small number of internet search results sometimes linked to my name, or discarded copyright, were created by an internet stalker. "internet search results" are actually the product of a search engine as i understand it. Your name does pop up with several VIAGRA sites on yahoo.com . is this the problem that you are trying to fix? If so I wish you all the best in luck (could you fix my email spam while your at it, thanks)... or if someone is using your name to register sites then the above link is probably your best bet. cheers, david
Moderators Alec Jarnagin SOC Posted October 17, 2006 Moderators Report Share Posted October 17, 2006 Matt, Please refrain from adding fuel to a fire. Your original post was vague in your intent so it is not unexpected that you'd get mixed responses. Because I have met you and I feel for your pain (and you posted in the off-topic section) it seemed fair to let you get your legal notice out of the way here, but please everyone, play nice. Thank you.
Premium Members JobScholtze Posted October 19, 2006 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 19, 2006 Ahhh, now i get it. Sorry Matthew, i am dutch, so a bit slow i guess. I found this intresting and would like to know what you can do about it. The people doing this stuff use mostly not there own IP so the are not easy to track down. The crack somebodys computer to use it for there spam and other actions, like joining forums and or using it to order stuff. I wish you all the luck with this issue, and i hope you keep posting about this. Let us know how it turnes out. Regards

Matthew Chubet SOC
David West - This crazy-haired stalker finds recreation in the peripheral effect his vendetta has had on the impressionable children, cousins, and siblings, in my family - who share my family name. This guy is a coward. That web page has been kicked off it's host but still lives as a search result. I am now preparing to fight this jack*** for the next 50 years of my life. And it's only going to get uglier. If the information that my lawyer is filing a court order for returns even a zip code, I will be able to name a suspect. The stalker suspect is a steadicam operator in NY with a clear history of verbal abuse and cruelty. Alec - Thank-you. I like to believe that everyone who has met me, and worked with me, is smart enough to know my work. Aesthetics has a unique fingerprint. Yesterday I was piloting a helicopter thru Malibu Canyon during the morning, and later that evening operating steadicam for a DP who I first worked with while he was assisting Harris Savides. After the flight, when I looked at the Thomas Guide (Map of LA) it appeared that the roads of gated communities and mansion compounds I flew over, in the steep Malibu Creek valley and adjacent hills, were labeled restricted on the map. But flying over - they were clear to see. Internet identity masking can be like that. Matt Burton - If you have any advanced knowledge of internet security software - e-mail me. My computer is a Mac. Matthew Chubet SOC m@matthewchubet.com Screenwriter Steven DeSouza has noted that, ?In my experience, the people who work and keep working in this industry have a strong self-critical sense and a high standard of excellence.? I didn't know that you were a pilot! Welcome to the ranks of Steadi-Pilots! How long have you had your ticket? Right now I'm in the middle of upgrading mine to a Multi-Engine Instrument Commercial Pilot ticket Once I get that done that I get Helo Legal
