It presently has a Teletest 7" Colour LCD which I like very much and want to keep for other production work. I'm looking for a cheapie replacement that would be acceptable for a newbie to work with if it had a Hoodman etc. as this is probably the level of market who will buy it. Hi Robert Thanks for the thought but I just checked Tiffen and they have a $4,850USD price for the F-24 HD-SDI Flyer monitor. Hell, my Teletest only cost $2500AUD landed at my door! Forever hopeful! The LCD that ships with the Flyer is the same that ships with the Glidecam V25. They are made by Marrell and Glidecam rebrands it as the L7-Pro. Daylight viewable and only $699 from Glidecam. It is identical to my teletest. The only differences are the housing and input/output options. Bnc's, XLR's on the Teletest and a fly lead with one cable that needs to be seperated on the Lilliput. With a little soldering the Lilliput was fine but not as robust as the Teletest. Its an option as the Liliput is about £70, but a hassle. As much as I'd like to go the cheapest rout practical, I need to put on something reasonably professional so I'll either get the Tiffen Flyer or the Glidecam L7-PRO monitor depending on who has stock and the best shipping deal.
