Lost washer and other issues

Hey guys,

 

I am currently in NYC and need some help with repairs on my flyer. is there anywhere that I be able to get to with the public transportation that could get me parts. Like B and H or something?

 

I lost a washer and lock that holds the metal bars that holds the arm together. I also like to buy some other parts while in the city in case they break in the future. what parts do you guys recommend I buy, like clips on the vest and where in the city should I buy them.

 

Or should I just call tiffen?
