Barry Fisch Posted July 27, 2008 Report Share Posted July 27, 2008 I am about to purchase a camera and a Merlin. I am waffling between the Sony Z7U and the Panasonic HVX HD 200. My work is purely high end local and video streaming. The moving shots are as important as the picture quality. Notwithstanding cost, which camera would you choose with the Merlin? Since all of the Steadicam photos are with the Sony, where the LCD display is on top, I am not sure how important the LCD placement is.
