Premium Members Jess Haas SOC Posted September 6, 2008 Premium Members Report Share Posted September 6, 2008 Does Modulus 2000 work with 24 volt power? If so does it use the same pins or different ones? ~Jess
Premium Members Jerry Holway Posted September 6, 2008 Premium Members Report Share Posted September 6, 2008 Jess, You must get/make a 12 volt power supply... with a decent amp capacity, like 3amps, and a heat sink. It's not too hard.... Parts from Digikey or Newark or others.... real pain is the HRS (Hirose) connectors. Not sure it's worth it, but years ago I made some (long gone, blown up, or lost...) Chris Murphy
Call Peter Spinelli at CIT East -- some units are able to be modified for 24V. But at the cost you may as well upgrade to Modulus 3000 or Dynawave eVTX100. Chris

It's just not worth the hassle dealing with him
