Premium Members Alan Greene Posted December 27, 2008 Premium Members Report Share Posted December 27, 2008 I'm finding myself more comfortable walking backwards when needed, rather than in Don Juan (shhh ... don't tell Peter Abraham). This is something I've never really practiced, and I quickly realized that it uses a very different set of muscles. Is operating walking backwards using the same muscles as walking downhill? You know how they say walking down is harder than walking up, I'm guessing it's these same muscles. Thanks, Alan
