One of the characters started a reality show and in a group shot of her crew a camera stabilizer can be seen. I initially thought it to be a flyer with a made up vest, until Charles Papert, whom happened to be prepping at Clairmont, pointed out the vest looked Glidecam. I've linked to the photo that must have been the reference for the comic book artist. Scanned from the comic book Glidecam Ad Charles also pointed out the operator has his left hand too low, and why the heck is a reality crew running around with a 4x4 mirror board on a stand?
