Premium Members Thomas Crescenzo Posted July 7, 2009 Premium Members Report Share Posted July 7, 2009 Selling a Sony HDR-FX1 with a lot of extras. Included items: 1 Sony HDR-FX1 2 Sony NP-F770 InfoLithium Batteries 1 Sony NP-F507 InfoLithium Battery 1 Lenmar dual Sony charger 1 Sony MC filter set (one MC Protector, and one MC Circular Polerizer) 1 Sony VCT-FXA shoulder brace 1 Sony ECM-MSD1 mini stereo shotgun mic 1 Sony RM-VD1 remote zoom 1 Merkury Optics 0.45X digital wide lens w/macro 7 Sony HDV 63 minute tapes (sealed) 2 Sony cleaning cassettes (one sealed, one open) 1 Sony aluminum hard case Sony HDR-FX1 This camera is in great condition. It has always been stored in a solid case when not in use. The tape heads are in great condition. I only used Sony HDV tapes, and never reused tapes, so the heads have stayed clean. There are two cosmetic blemishes that keep me from saying "like new" The first is a few scratches on the bottom where a tripod plate attaches. The second is a little missing paint on the built in mic screen. Please see the pictures for examples. Sony aluminum hard case This case has a few scratches, but is incredibly solid and does a great job of protecting the camera. Keys and original straps are included. Batteries and Charger 1 Lenmar dual charger, 2 Sony NP-F770 InfoLithium Batteries, and 1 Sony NP-F507 InfoLithium Battery. These are in great condition and will keep you shooting all day. Filter Set This filter set is in good condition. I don't think ever used polarizer, only once or twice if ever. Shoulder Brace The shoulder brace is great. It may have a few scratches where it attaches to the tripod plate, like the camera. After I started seeing the scratches on the camera body, I used this as a protective measure. It fits to the camera, so it won't rotate like a tripod plate. It also seems to position the camera better on a tripod, so that it is more balanced. Sony ECM-MSD1 mini stereo shotgun mic This mic does a great job of reducing the noise of handling the camera. It's a must for run and gun projects where you have to use audio on camera. Sony RM-VD1 remote zoom The remote works well, should clip on to most tripod arms with ease. Merkury Optics 0.45X Digital Wide Lens w/Macro Again, excellent condition. Always stored with both lens caps on. I didn't like using this for wide angle shots because if you pull out too much you see the edge of the lens. It works great for macro work. 7 Sealed HDV tapes. 2 cleaning cassettes, one is open and one is still sealed. Additional eye cup, remote, and the manuals. You also get a power cord and A/V cable that aren't pictured. Asking $3,000 but will consider reasonable offers.
