Brad Smith
I'm thinking about getting a G70. I'm wondering is it's possible to swap out the Pin Block that comes on the G 70 for one like this I prefer the safety of having the curved/scaloped contact points for the screws, particularly with the BM vest. Has anyone with a BM Vest and a G70 done this? Edited July 24, 2009 by Brad Smith

RobinThwaites
Hi Brad We have plenty of G-70 owners with WK vests and as far as I am aware the connector has never been an issue. Don't forget that the G-70 also has the kick back on the connector which should be reversed to get the best arm angle for back mount. Robin Thanks Robin, Does that mean it's not possible to swap out the Pin Block? I'm actually a "Goofy" so in this case everything stays the same, but thanks for the tip! Cheers, Brad. Premium Members Jerry Holway Posted July 30, 2009 Premium Members Report Share Posted July 30, 2009 Does that mean it's not possible to swap out the Pin Block? Brad- it's still possible to swap out the male connection bit - but i echo Robin's sentiments- there's no need to swap out the block... That whole place is on the wrong side of the road!
