Production has told me to save on baggage and leave my stand behind - they'll have a C-Stand and sandbag for me to use on set. I know that will work if necessary, but I've never been 100% trusting of a C-Stand, and I thought I'd just check and see if anyone in LA had an extra American stand that would be available this week. I could pick it up tomorrow (Wed) night and drop it off Saturday morning if you're in the LA/Hollywood area. PM/Call/Email is fine. Thanks! I am in Santa Monica. Another option which I have used is hitting up the grip or electric department for a lowboy junior stand with a buttplug.
