Frame Line Problem

Hello

 

I have just got myself a new Ultra2 system with the U2 monitor. I have had a strange problem today using the video signal of a Arricam LT camera i could not generate the frame lines/ Horizon level on the monitor, the video signal was fine. I had to reboot the system every time i disconnected the video of the arricam to regain the frame line.

has anyone come across a problem like that is there a setting one has to change on the video assist of the camera.

Yes, I have the same problem with some cameras (once an Arri LT too). I have talked to Tiffen about the problem and they are working on a solution. Contact them and let them know you have a problem.

Looks like I'm not the only one who has that problem.

I have the low stage boards cross check done without any success.

The other FLG box installation did not help.

Seems to me there is something wrong with whole electronic.

Hi evryone,

I have the same problem with my new ultra2 with the new cinemonitorHD by Transvideo.

 

I have problem using the video signal of a Arricam LT camera.

If I don't connect any video signal the FLG works. When i connect video signal the FLG "freeze".

I had to reboot the system.

I tried to "play" with matrix panel but nothing happens.

At now I'm wotking with the Transvideo's frameline and level.

has anyone solve this problem?
