Looking to rent HD Fiber cable jumper

I booked a live gig next week, using a Sony HD / Fiber camera. I haven't bought one of the fiber jumper cables yet, and I doubt I can get one made by Wednesday. Does anyone know if these are available for rental anywhere?

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
