It is made for a small frame operator, around 5' 8" or shorter. I have a 31" waist and it should fit anyone from 29" to 32". It has the original carbon arm and not the newer low profile version, also it has the early style front buckles. I have spoken with Walter and the older style buckles and carbon arm can all be updated if you want too. The vest works great and I have had no problems with it. It also comes with the $400 vest bag.
