Hello everyone,

As you all know, over the past two years my wife, Elizabeth, has been battling cancer and leukemia.

Late last year, she received a bone marrow transplant from a young American and this was a successful procedure.

Recently she had a routine bone marrow biopsy and some blood tests, and the preliminary results from these tests were good.

We have just received the final (official) results and they indicate that there were no leukemic cells detected in any test. This is great news and a relief to us both.

Elizabeth is now going through the recovery process, which the doctor has indicated can take many months, we are looking forward to our lives gradually returning to normal.

Thank you all for your support and messages, we appreciate your care and concern.

Here's to the future...

Kind regards,

Hugo (and Elizabeth).
