I am so bummed i will miss this...I am out of town. I said my goodbyes before i left, but I am especially upset that I have to miss this as I heard Erwin is going to do the Swiss version of the Dance of the Seven Veils on the bar. Bring money to stuff in his OP's. And for god's sake will someone buy some of the stuff he's selling!!

I have no idea how many times I borrowed a monitor/motor/cable/etc. from Erwin but it was frequent. I can't count the number of ridiculously stupid questions he's patiently answered for me as I've navigated from newbie to 'advanced beginner'. A few years ago he even showed up at Clairmont when I was prepping for my first 'real' shoot to make sure I didn't make an ass out of myself. Jeez, I feel like I'm eulogizing the dude. Erwin! Brother! Say it ain't so!

Gonna miss you man, but I know your reasons and support you 100%.

This community is losing a hell of an asset.
