Need plastic insert for old style PRO post locking mechanism

Hope this makes sense. I'm looking for the plastic insert that fits into the hole on the old style PRO post. I already have the brass insert - just need the little plastic piece that the bolt fits through and then inserts into the brass piece. See photo.

Don't think its off the shelf as I think Ashley at GPI would have told me. She suggested posting here as they are out of them. A substitute might work, but I figure there has to be someone here who has a bag full of them! In a serious time crunch actually.
