Not only Hugo as been of great service before and after I purchase my arm. He is the one responsable to find me a buyer. Now is that customer service or what??? Both of you, Alexis and Hugo knew I was looking for the arm even talked with both and somehow it got sold to somebody else... feels 'a tad' weird. It was purely a matter of international time zones. I simply couldn't ring you any earlier than I did. And, I have absolutely no financial stake in who Alexis sells his arm to.
