All depends on what do you need and what kind of shooting you makes!? Anyway, It's better to have both. The backmount for long shooting and the frontmount for the close passages. The CPII it's a great vest! Try to fix it (if neccessary) and buy a walter klassen for have a choise! Suggestion: Try to consider also an Ultra2 Vest, it's an excelent vest!
