Moderators Janice Arthur Posted October 12, 2010 Moderators Report Share Posted October 12, 2010 Hi all; The good old standby Radio shack grease with Teflonis no longer sold by them. Any suggestions on what to use? I've got to do a repack of the trunions and thrust bearings on my 3A arm. Oil is not thick enough, got to be a medium thick grease of some sort. Thanks. Premium Members Jess Haas SOC Posted October 12, 2010 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 12, 2010 Most hardware stores sell teflon grease. You can also order it online from places like mcmaster. ~Jess

Moderators Janice Arthur Posted October 20, 2010 Author Moderators Report Share Posted October 20, 2010 Hi all; I was hoping to narrow down the ordering possiblities from McMaster. Will just check hardware store first. I have looked at McMaster and they have 5 different criteria and 8 different other variables which I didn't want to wade through. I was hoping someone just knew a name and a stuff. (They know me at the McMaster pick up window.) JA

You know, when SteadicamForum.com is the first google search result for "lisigav" I'm wondering if an intervention is in order :D
