Camera assistants that can't read are BAD! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I couldn't agree more, but I think it is the "heat of the moment" thing, usually when adding a 2nd unit for an Iris pull. And it's usually someone familiar with the unit who "knows" where the power connector is and just jams it in without looking. I'm embarrassed to say I've done it myself.
