Sorry I pasted the wrong link we have been trialling that software as well and this one also from the same company http://www.marketcircle.com/billingspro/overview/, as I said it may be overkill/a lot more than necessary for just delivering invoices, but that is their seperate invoicing/billing specific software which integrates with daylite, syncs up with your iphone etc etc.

We have been really happy with the package so far, and are probably going to purchase in a few weeks.

£125 here in England, not sure what it would sell for in US?

The only invoicing application I have been using is Concur Premier which helps me in the invoice management process. This application allows me to capture and process invoice data quickly and effortlessly. The best part is vendors and suppliers can electronically submit invoices and I can track their progress through the secure Supplier Portal. Concur Premier is a complete package of enterprise software solutions that not only helps in invoice management, but also helps in travel and expense management, reduce travel costs, customize reports, etc. Currently, there is a FREE 30-day trial, will suggest trying it out.

I've been quite happy using Freshbooks, a web-based invoicing service. It's got about 90% of what you're looking for, and some neat features like one-click to have the client sent a paper invoice. (no printing/licking stamps/etc) And having invoices & accounting accessible from the web is massively, hugely useful.

I second Freshbooks! its amazing.. free start and very professional looking and clients have an online log in to check their invoices, payments, pay online, etc.. its GREAT and saves me TONS of time..
