Hey guys,

My M-One is starting to judder without reason. I had feedback that suggests it is the potentiometer that needs replacing. Is there anyone in the UK that can offer support on this?

I have tried calling and emailing Loon in the US but had no response.

Big respect to Jim at Bartech for Uber quick responses.

Hi!

I sent my M-one motor to Don to repair about a week ago (it arrived a week ago to his address), but haven't heard of him ever since. Does anyone know where he could be reached from?

I have a feature film starting very soon, so I'm gonna need my motor for that.

Just as a heads-up to all M-One owners: spoke w/ Don today and he's in the middle of a move.

So, I ordered a M-One Digital motor from Loon Video last week and paid for 2 Day Shipping. I have not yet received it or gotten a tracking number. I have called all available numbers, sent Don an email and sent messages to Loon Works, but never hear a peep. In fact the voice mail is full so I can't even leave a message. Anyone else still having troubles contacting Loon Video? I know it was mentioned Don was moving, but is this still the case?

Paid and ordered mine 2 months ago. Left messages and emails. Not a peep.

Well that's not reassuring. Have you been able to at least have the bank cancel the order and refund the money? Is there anyone out there who has spoken with Loon Works that can help get the ball rolling?

I sent my M-One in for repair in January to Don Wetzel. After speaking to him in March, he informed me that it was repaired and was ready to be send back. I haven't received it and have since sent him numerous emails and tried calling his numbers, which are either disconnected or unanswered.

First of all, let me say this is partially my fault. I told Don I would put a posting on here and then completely forgot. For the last month Don has been 100% occupied with packing up his shop and moving it from California to Montana. His planned three month timetable got compressed to one month as the new tenants had to be in April 1. This meant that he had to devote 100% of his time to packing. Don tried to get all his repairs done and orders filled before the move but he just ran out of time. He is in the new facility as of April 14 and is unpacking and setting up to produce new motors and finish the repairs.

Here are his new contact details:

e-mail: don@loonworks.com

tel: 406-837-1370

address: 439 Grand Dr., Suite 191

Bigfork, MT 59911

My apologies for forgetting to post. I got distracted by NAB and then apparently killed those brain cells at the Tiffen party.
