I just saw The Adjustment Bureau and want to say that Steve Consentino did an amazing job ! There were a lot of long tracking shots , running, and a bunch of stair work. My hat is off to you Steve. That kind of work is why I got into Steadicam in the first place.

Holy Sh***t, the ending sequence was really incredible. He had to have a segway or something for some of those running shots. Either way, perfect horizons and such energy!

Since you mention it, I'm getting along really well with the Vibram Five Finger Komodo:

Fast becoming my shoe of choice.

I though I was the only person who operated in five fingers...

They're interesting, right? Do you use them on all shots?

Chris

Unless I need to run on gravel or on wet ground or in mud...but I use them on all other shots. They're very interesting; quiet though.

Great to hear,

I've used them only a few times, but you're right, they're really quiet. I like the stability. For slow walking, they're way better than spongy soles. I'll be experimenting further now.

Thanks for the input!
