development deal form needed

Hi all

I'm hoping that someone out there can help me find the right form. I'm also a budding screenwriter and have been lucky enough to secure the rights to a true story that I will develop into a script.

 

My problem is that I can't find a development agreement form that I can use to formalize this agreement between the family and me. Everywhere I look, I need to join some writers guild at very high cost just to get access to their forms data base. Does anyone have something that basicly says:

The "XXXXX" family hereby gives "Me" the exclusive rights to develop the "Story" into a screenplay and this will be effective for a period of "Z" months/years.

 

Any assistance would be very much appreciated as I won't be able to fly forever and I think sitting under a palm tree working on scripts would be a nice way to spend my golden years.:D
