Premium Members Justin Besser Posted March 17, 2011 Premium Members Report Share Posted March 17, 2011 I have a steadicam provid, have made some upgrade to the system (removed green monitor and replaced with tvlogic HD on a custom built monitor bracket) running on upgraded vest and 3A arm. next in line for an upgrade is the topstage. currently had some really bad side-side slipping issues, i guess due to an inherent design fault with that topstage, there is no lock and after many years of use the worm screw system has gotten loose. After a different topstage, either if someone has one around that would be a better fit that they are looking to offload. or if they can point me in the direction of a good and reasonably priced system. thinking the MK-V standard system looks pretty good to me. Provid gimbal was designed to carry a weight, and maybe with your upgrades, you are using heavies cameras with 3A arm and vest, and now with the new topstage. just my 2 cent.
