Due to medical reasons I have to sell my beloved BAERBEL. It is located in GERMANY, near Frankfurt

It will be avaiable beginning of June, because I have another last music Video with it.

The rig has been regulary services and tuned and just got a new custom made battery sliding system in January.

It has never let me alone on any shoot and has been used on Commercials,Dokus,Musicvideos,Movies,......with all kinds of cameras

(From 35, to 16 ,from RED to HD, Beta, even 5d).

Some of those shots are on my homepage at www.rebel-pictures.de

It has been allways treated nicely, but as it is with a tool beeing used, it has some scratches too.

I am only selling the rig as a complete package, because I don´t want to rip it up into pieces.

it comes with:

Baerbel Sled 12/24 titanium post, 3x long dovetails, 1x short, 15mm rods, 19mm rods, sony-plate, "micky"dynamic balance, tools, srews (in custom made case)

Superpost titanium 90cm (has a dent/bump but works fine)

Superpost titanium 115cm, never used ( if You want to get lower than ground level or very high. got it for a film with horses, that than wasn´t filmed)

Post extension cable for working with superposts.

Some BNC cable, 12V Power cable, 1 xARRI-Power 24V

Baerbel Arm (in peli case)

with a couple of rods, washers, J-Bracket and one special, extra long j-bracket-rod (just put it through the top and attach the j-bracket to it(see picture). This way you get much lower than usual. I used it a lot.

Baerbel-West

I really used that west a lot.It still works, but some maintaining should be done to it.It never bothered me.

Some new belts/spare parts are with it.I was just too lazy to renew it.

Monitor

Transvideo Cinemonitor III (not 3a)

power cable + power cable for topstage

Not the newest but works fine (in peli case)

Batteries

9 x Anton Bauer Trimpack 45WH with PAG Charger/Discharger ARI24PLD and 3 charging-adaptors ( in two cases)

the batteries all work fine, but 2 of them might need a recell

Wireless Focus BFD

BFD, one channel, transmitter+ receiver (the receivers antenna lost its plastic-surrounding on a shoot, but it still works 100percent. who has a problem with its look should give jim bartell a call and order a new one. can´t be that expensive.

Heden vertical motor M28VP , gears 0.8 ,0.4, 0.5, 0.6

1x power-cable, 1 motor cable regular, one motor cable extra long, run-cable arri, adapter run cable sr2/sr3, power 12v/5 pin

mounting brackets

and......costom made focus rings to slide on the focus wheel.

i was not pleased with the little plastic strips to attach to the focus wheel, so I just got me baerbel to make something else for me.

The receiver has got two inlays for special screws to be attached to the mounting bracket on the rig.

Downconverter

RedBite Decimator ( SDI to SD, not HDMI!) with mounting-bracket for the rig (Used it with RED and some other HD Cams only a couple of times.Allways worked fine)

Wireless Video

EIWA Video-Transmitter (with hirose-cable for power from rig) and Receiver (12V)

This transmitter realy kicks. It beats modulus and titan and comes close to canatrans.(i did a direct comparison test at a rental house once)

Extras

-Cat-Griller

-"Sushi-Server" Low Mode Cage (In my opinion the best Low-Mode Cage avaiable.Used it with 435, 235, DVC-Pro, HD,SR3,......)

-Hardmount for EURO-Mount. (Used it on some commercials. It has my nickname engraved......does it matter?)

- Lowboy "American"

- Super-Heavy Manfrotto Weight-Bag ( filled with steel! weighs around 15 kg)

-Weight plates between 2,5kg and 10kg (aluminium+iron) with holes for attaching catgriller and doveplate and srews to fix them together. I got these plates made mainly for training .They allowed me to get my little dv-training camera up to 18kg !

But I also used them on a lot of shoots, when the camera was just to light.Just attach cat-griller to the top, a dovetail to the bottom and you can use it in between your camera and the rig. (see picture)

-Screws,some tools,velcro,........

- an old transvideo cinemonitor I, I think it still works, didn´t use it for a long time
