Premium Members Joshua Gitersonke Posted June 11, 2011 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 11, 2011 I don't know if anyone else took a look at the Dazmo booth at cinegear. They have a couple of products that looked pretty nice. Thier batteries were made Of Life pO chemistry which according to Dazmo the batteries will charge in 45 minutes and have about 1000 cycles. They were quite light as well. It seemed the 120s where a good weight. the 90s were a little light but hey you can always add some weight to the sled. The also had a little guy called tiny fiber. It has a bunch of different cross convertors that are interechangeable. It was very small. But if you wanted something to do a switch from hdmi to hdsdi it was very samll. None of it was available yet but interesting products for sure.
Premium Members Frederic Chamberland Posted August 1, 2011 Premium Members Report Share Posted August 1, 2011 Hi , Dazmo being a Montreal based company , we have been using the Z90 & Z120 for a while (we're in Montreal) . We took some time on our show to make a quick test comparing the Dazmo Z120 VS Anton Bauer HC 90 dionic . Here's a short video of that test : http://gallery.me.com/maxgagnon/100034/Battery%20test%

Well, they may looks fantastic on paper, would like to see how they perform on the field. I just emailed them about prices. Hang on: the Z90, which is the smallest of their batteries, comes at ONLY 775 Canadian Dollars, equal 783 US Dollars. What a bargain!!!!!!!!
