It is a small plate with a 1/4-20 screw and velcro. The bracket allows you to mount the Cinetape horns wherever there is soft velcro. The bracket is extremely light weight. If placed in between the matte box eyebrow tiedowns it becomes more stable than a Noga arm. It is not the most complex machining but it works well. The basic machining and simple nature of the bracket is very much reflected in the price: $30 plus $5 shipping and handling. Contact me via email to start a paypal process of payment.
