Stumbled upon this on the internet today. It is a focus device that is controlled wirelessly through the iOS devices. Here is the link to the video of the company on YouTube. It is done by PLC Electronic Solutions LTD.

I think this is a great solution for wireless iris adjustments as is often needed at a much more reasonable price... definitely getting one.

Hey Matt I found this on the web this morning. It's pretty cool, might be a great backup system

It looked like an okay system, except that it's been "close to release" for over 2 years, maybe 3 at this point. They first promised a super cheap system, then changed their mind and said they could only put together the system for three times the price, then started showing their prototypes, which changed again to include an iPhone in the controller. It's a lot of changes, and we still haven't heard of final release prices, which I expect will be in line with a Bartech kit.

 

I'd hope it eventually gets all the bugs worked out, and it works well, but I'm not holding my breath.
