Premium Members David M. Aronson Posted January 5, 2012 Premium Members Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 Two questions, 1) Do you need to take the gimbal off a rig to get it trued(and if you do, how do you take one off a master series)? 2) Who do I send it to? Premium Members David M. Aronson Posted January 6, 2012 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted January 6, 2012 Okay, It's not as bad as I though it was... I had changed cameras, but forgot to reset the drop time. I checked it earlier and it was at 12 seconds. The gimbal still isn't true, but it's a lot more manageable at 4 seconds. Sorry for the drama. Premium Members Peter Abraham Posted February 13, 2012 Premium Members Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 Hi David, First of all, this Forum is a positive place where people learn and share and support each others' efforts. No need to apologize for working things out on your own !! I owned a MS Elite for a long time. If you have any issues arise that are specific to that rig, post them here and by all means feel free to email me directly. Enjoy the rig ! On the topic of getting the gimbal trued, is it something that I can do myself, of do I have to send it in? I'd Hate to ship the thing just for a simple fix.
