I had a Problem with my d-box and Jack stopped what he was doing immediately and had me come up to the new shop. (twice as big as the old shop). For the next hour and a half , he worked on my d box and fixed the problem for me ! This is the one thing that really puts Pro ahead of the the competition is their amazing customer service. He understands that you invest a huge sum of money in your equipment and want it to be dependable .Once in a while when there is a problem,it's nice to know that a company stands behind their product with the best customer service .
