Vest problem

i guess i have a vest equip problem because when i equip ( pic 1 ) in the bottom of near backbone hurt

and if i equip ( pic 2 ) it presses on a bones and it is sick which one is correct pic 1 or pic 2 ? i guess pic 1 and the pain cause of the heavy steadicam ... its over 25 kg (full gear)

and the second question, when i done training/shot etc and want to remove arm i must pull out the quick release pin or remove arm rod ( for arm-vest connection ) from the vest ? and why

Alex, The vest can be adjusted in many different ways, you will have to practice with different adjustments until you find one that will be comfortable. Now I will tell you that if you are not used to carrying that much weight, it will make some muscles sore. 25KG is pretty normal. You will slowly get used to the weight.

When you are done and want to remove the arm, you remove the arm with the male socket pin complete. I may be confused with the way you wrote the description. Watch the EFP DVD when you get it and it will show you many things you might not know right now. And see if there is a course coming up that you can take.

I usually wear my vest like in Pic 2. I can operate longer and since I get less fatigued, my shots look better.

There are a few drawbacks to that though.

1: You can't lift your legs very high, so walking on uneven terrain or uphill can be a challenge.

2: You can't be soft mounted or do anything that requires sitting.

3: I've heard stories of people breaking straps using it this way. I've never had this happen, but it's possible.
