New affordable Transmitter?

Recommended Posts

This unit is only 10milliwatts, the Modulus is 750milliwatts. I get bad dropouts from my modulus so I can assume that the little Markertech is very very weak in comparison.

Ran across this little product from Markertek. http://www.markertek.com/Product.asp?cat=V...LTM%2DWAVE%2DAG

Has anyone used this little transmitter?

hey everybody !

there are good and cheap (not really really cheap!) transmitters around.

as rob mentioned this discussion has been here before.

a couple of month ago i mentioned the "vat boy" from jochen eichler in germany, wich is a 30milliwatt transmitter with a booster wich brings it to a 240 milliwatt output.this thing works really nicely and some of you guys tried it too.(i think it was an operator from brussels, but i forgot his name)

try to ring jochen at 0049-6128-982226 ! he can tell you more about it.

this little device (not bigger than a modulus) worked allways fine on my shoots and makes quite some distance as well.

cheers

I ve always used to some success this 1000mW unit from

www.allthings.com.au

they seem to have a 2000mW unit too

alternatively, Jason Shepherd in England is having made and selling a very good transmitter and diversity reciever with monitor all in one for about 1400ukp . PM me if anyone wants his number as i don t know if he would want his mobile put publicly on the forum.
