Premium Members Daniel Erbeck Posted September 8, 2012 Premium Members Report Share Posted September 8, 2012 I just recieved the new transvideo evolution 8" cinemonitor. I'm trying to mount it to my clippers 312 existing monitor bracket where I originally had a 7" tv logic HD monitor. I also ordered the yoke bracket adaptor with the monitor which I thought would work. After installing the adaptor it turns out the transvideo monitor is now to wide to fit between the U-shaped bracket. It seems i ordered the wrong adaptor. Can anyone tell me the right one to order or what they did. Transvideo sells a Yoke with bridge 89/16 for the monitor. 89mm being the space between the rods and 16mm being the rod size. Is this what I would need? I plan on calling transvideo on Monday but would like to have a little head start on it through the forum. Any advice would help. Jacques Delacoux
Hi Dan, Please tell me what is the distance beetween your two rods. And confirm you have 16mm diameter rods. A picture might help. Best regards Jacques
Premium Members Daniel Erbeck Posted September 9, 2012 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted September 9, 2012 Hi Jacques Thanks for the reply. Im not near my rig right now so getting the measurement will be tough. Here are some pictures though of the actual bracket. Maybe this will help. Thanks again Dan
Premium Members Rob Vuona SOC Posted September 10, 2012 Premium Members Report Share Posted September 10, 2012 Give Tiffene a call, they have a bracket for that monitor with the proper spacers for the width of the U bracket
