We're looking for a skilled broadcast operator, not looking to train somebody up. There might be a position for a newbie operator early in 2013 however. No relocation compensation. If I had to make an educated guess I'd say $40k-$50k. All employees get medical/dental, 401k, NBC stock discount, paid time off, and other perks.
