They are without power, which is affecting our Glendale, CA facility. Our email and system server is located in NY. We, Steadicam, do not currently have email access and our computer system is currently down. This means we are unable to ship product. However, our phones are working and our factory is open. We can still work on repairs and have those back in your hands. If you have any questions, please call our main number 1-800-593-3331. We hope all of your families and friends are safe. Our phone systems seem to be on the fritz, so some voicemails are not coming through. It also appears that any email that was sent on Tuesday, 30th, we will not receive.
