Premium Members RodCrombie Posted February 12, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted February 12, 2013 So...it's the end of almost 30 years for me...Last week I did my last Steadicam shot before I hang up the rig, (and put it up for sale). An easy walk and talk in front of Metro Hall. 3 takes... moving on. I'm NOT stopping doing camera work. I'm NOT retiring. I'm just not doing Steadicam. It's tough for me to give it up, as I enjoyed the "dance", but I know that in 10 years time I'll still be able to walk up and down stairs without a problem. ps. I'll be posting my rig for sale in a couple of days.

Erdem Ertal
I was looking to purchase a steadicam rig. I have been training with Robert Carlson. GPI PRO gave me an estimate for a new rig with everything I need except for the Preston kit. I am very interested to see what you have to offer with your package. You can contact me at erdem.ertal@gmail.com to send some more details. Thanks! Cheers, Erdem
Brett Manyluk
It was an honour to watch you work, Rob. Here's hoping I can do so again. Godspeed, Brett
