How much experience do I need to take a workshop?

It is true that the Tiffen workshops use mostly Tiffen gear, but the focus is not on the gear.

We spend 99.9% of our time concentrated on operating. The insinuation that we do otherwise, i.e., that it is primarily a sales event, must be based on ignorance of what we do.

Since I am a new member, I would like to say hello to everybody. It is nice to be part of this great community!

I have attended the Lake Arrowhead workshop back in 2011 and I can only agree with Jerry. I have never experienced any kind of sales talk - active or subliminal!

It was all about sharing the joy of operating this noble instrument and enhanceing your capabilities as a visual storyteller.

I guess 0.1% was eating, sleeping, making new friends and having an experience of a lifetime...

All the best
