Attaches and detaches easily, and is 100% rock solid - unlike some other older monitor arms. Condition is good - a few scuffs in the anodizing where you'd expect, but nothing out of the ordinary. Has a different knob - a winged one, rather than the round one from PRO. I found it locked on more solidly. I'll get some good pictures of mine tomorrow. It now includes a tilt head for LCD monitors with 1/4" screw connections, a custom-machined brass piece to adapt that to the PRO piece, and the hardware to put it together. Price is still at $300.
