Premium Members TJ Williams Jr. Posted April 15, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 Hey guys, I'm in LA and have some holes in my bottom stage that have stripped out. Unfortunately the holes are tapped into aluminum, and I'm not sure if there is enough meat left to re-tap them as heli-coils I'm looking to get in touch with someone who works with steadicam gear or camera gear to take a look. I think there are several solutions, but need help finding someone who can help me decide on what is best. If anyone has contact information for Joe Ortega, or has a good suggestion for someone with a drill press and patience their information would be much appreciated. If you would rather not post information directly to the forum feel free to e-mail me at tjsteadicamjr@gmail.com Thanks for the help guys! -TJjr
