Just imagine buying any other high priced item, like a car for example and not being able to reach the manufacturer (GM, FORD,...) or the dealer for days, would that be exceptable or excepted by the consumer? He was very helpful, and is continuing to be a big help. I had a PA drop the rig off yesterday to have the gimbal rebalanced. He was in and out within half an hour, but I'm still having some issues.
