IanMcMillan
Dear Steadicam community, As I have sold my rig 12 months ago, and am getting rid of the left overs, I just wanted to thank you all for the enjoyment I have had from this forum. I have said before that we are a community and I continue to trust that. I love the opportunity to hear from Steve in Ireland, Rob Van Gelder from the Netherlands but living in Thailand, and Erwin?s technical expertise has always been a help. I was saddened to hear of Garrett?s death but nowhere near as sad as he was. My AC subscription is paid up, I?ll be watching the forum and I look forward so much to watching films with the Alien Revolution taking us to a new level of image making. Happy flying Macca. Ps, check out the for sale classifieds.

Premium Members Stephen Murphy Posted June 7, 2005 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 7, 2005 Ian, Dont be a stranger. Although you may have sold your gear you are still, and i suspect always will be, a steadicam op at heart. There are more and more newbies on the forum every day that would benefit from your years of experience, so do drop in from time to time:) I wish you all the best in your new endeavours, and thanks for all the advice you've given to this community over the years. Sincerely, Steve
