Premium Members John Perry SOC Posted June 22, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 22, 2013 So the guys at PRO just told me that any customer who bought a Atlas arm who in the future wishes to upgrade to the Titan arm when they have the money can just return the Atlas arm to PRO for a $ credit toward the purchase of a Titan arm. The dollar amount depends on the condition of the returned arm, but this eliminates the hassle and time of trying to sell your used Atlas arm on the forum when trying to upgrade. Wow! I didn't want to give up the up/down range of the atlas so I have both. Now back to the canyon. I really hope he doesn't fall. He's completely untethered with no safety, walking across a thin wire in 30 mph winds 1500 feet above a dry rocky canyon live on tv. What could go wrong? Guessing they're less "linear" in feel than regular springs? here's the best way to describe it. It Just works. You don't notice it. You don't have to play with a lift knob and "ride" (Friction) knob. The force curve is perfectly designed. It never needs work and maintence is stupid simple (remove spring cartridges, run chassis under a garden hose, dry and reinstall spring cartridges) This is an amazing policy and just another example of PRO's commitment to our needs.
