Heavy duty with the blue supports on the legs. Solid, with casters. It's seen some use, no doubt, but is a great stand and fully functional. One caveat is that one of the three locking casters no longer locks- but the other two do. Best offer, and I can deliver into NYC or Westchester County- but it's heavy and probably not worth the postage to ship.
