My Bolt went down in the middle of a shoot and they were very quick to respond with some on set trouble shooting. When that didn't work, an immediate shipping was arranged by them to help me cut down the turnaround time. And within a week, the unit was back across the continent in perfect working condition and they even updated me everyday with the progress of the repair. It is such a pleasure to know these guys got your back. Am a happy customer and the Bolt is doing a great job back on set. Thanks Mike! Looks like from what I've read on here the last 6 months, things have improved quite a bit over at Teradek. My situation was the exception .
