Premium Members John Stout Posted October 14, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 14, 2013 I am looking to purchase an India Mount. I have search quite a bit and can't find a source for one. Anybody recommend a place to purchase one? Thank you in advance. John

Premium Members RonBaldwin Posted November 4, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 4, 2013 I thought the SOA had one? Maybe they'll sell theirs, get you in contact with the manufacturer or (if he's not making them anymore) get you some pics so you can have one fabbed up
Premium Members Robert Starling SOC Posted November 4, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 4, 2013 I probably have a few photos of an original India mount or similar mount somewhere on my drive(s). It is not a very sophisticated mount and not something I'd want to spend a full day on but it works for a quick and easy shot or two. There are other options that you may find more versatile and one of those being a Garfield mount and the more sophisticated variation I have which is the Klassen mount. With these you have the options of dolly, high-hat, sticks and speed rail attachment. If I can find them I'll contact you by PM. Premium Members John Stout Posted November 4, 2013 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted November 4, 2013 Thanks for the responses. Looking for a solution that can be easily mounted for quick and slow shots when there isn't a full rigging crew around.
