The thread insert on it is damaged and I can't remember where I bought it. It fits my Transvideo spud. I checked their website, but they don't show anything like this. The original one without a level or battery mount. They were notoriously a little tight to fit the PRO spuds. But could be forced to fit. I still have two of them.
