Hi guys

 

48 hours ago, the focus puller who was working with me, in an accident let drop the BFD transmiter and it didnt work anymore.

I sent an email to Jim and in 24 hours the spare parts is here in Argentina, below of the world and the transmiter works very good as before

This post is only to say thanks a lot Jim for all your post sale service you do for all BFD owners.

Companies like Bartech and owners like Jim plus a very small handful of other vendors set a high standard when it comes to customer service and product quality. We can only wish that more companies would follow his example of how to treat a working operator. Few "get it" like Jim does.

 

Even fewer have the collection of Tommy Bahama shirts he has, nor can they match him round for round!

It's very rare that Jim doesn't answer the phone himself on your first call to him and it's even more rare that he doesn't have the parts you need in the mail within 30 minutes or the work you need done on the day he receives the part. Plus he's a really good guy!
