Not mistreatment on my end, I take care to make sure my gear is treated well. I've sent it off to get fixed, but in the meantime I booked another gig for Sunday and Monday. I reached out to Hot Rod Cameras where you dropped your Arrow off for service - apparently the power pin came loose. We can have this fixed for you tomorrow when we get it from HRC.
