Your technique for painfully slow push-ins?

Hey,

We've all been there performing what would/could/should have been a shot on track but nonetheless there we are. Everyone moves differently so obviously there is no one way but I'd like to hear what everyone's preferred method is.

I find the transfer from one foot to the other the hardest when trying to maintain my speed whilst being transparent about it.

Thx

I think the answers you're looking for are here: http://www.steadicamforum.com/index.php?showtopic=16171&p=77175

Andrew details what I think is the only real way to do proper slow moves. It takes a lot of practice and being very in tune with your body, not to mention quite strong and quite well balanced. But, in the end, it is worth it.
