Kelly SOC Posted March 10, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted March 10, 2014 Hey, We've all been there performing what would/could/should have been a shot on track but nonetheless there we are. Everyone moves differently so obviously there is no one way but I'd like to hear what everyone's preferred method is. I find the transfer from one foot to the other the hardest when trying to maintain my speed whilst being transparent about it. Thx
Premium Members Tom Wills Posted March 10, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted March 10, 2014 I think the answers you're looking for are here: http://www.steadicamforum.com/index.php?showtopic=16171&p=77175 Andrew details what I think is the only real way to do proper slow moves. It takes a lot of practice and being very in tune with your body, not to mention quite strong and quite well balanced. But, in the end, it is worth it.
